For orders with kitchen cabinet values less than $4000, a minimum order fee will be charged:

- An additional $1000 for orders with kitchen cabinet values less than $1000
- An additional $700 for orders with kitchen cabinet values between $1001 - $2000
- An additional $450 for orders with kitchen cabinet values between $2001 - $3000
- An additional $250 for orders with kitchen cabinet values between $3001 - $3999
